Appointments, Cancellations, & Late Arrivals

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. All of our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will be applied at your next reserved service.

  • To cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require clients to contact us via phone or through our text message reminder system. Emails will not be accepted.

  • Less than a 24 hour notice will result in a required deposit for the next scheduled service.

  • NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS will be charge 100% of the reserved service amount and must be paid in full at next scheduled appointment, and in the future, we may take you as a walk-in appointment pending management approval.

  • Appointments made within a 24 hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 3 hours of appointment or will result in a $25.00 service charge.

  • Clients who reschedule their appointment two times must pay a $25.00 deposit to schedule an appointment.
     

The cancellation policy allows us to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our stylists schedule filled, thus better serving everyone.

If you think you may be late for your appointment, please call the salon and let us know. We will call any late clients 10 minutes into their scheduled start time, but if we have not been able to contact you, your appointment time may be reopened and/or given away. If you show up more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, your services may be altered to fit the remaining time. If this happens, you will still be responsible for the full amount of the services booked. 

Salon Etiquette & Child Safety Policy

Salon Elements reserves the right to refuse service to any client for improper conduct, tardiness, no shows, or any other situation we deem inappropriate.


Our waiting area is cozy, and will only accommodate a few people. Please limit the number of people who are waiting for you during your appointment. Children are not allowed in the salon at any time unless they are receiving a service. Children receiving a service cannot be left unattended in the salon. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Monetary Policy

Salon Elements accepts Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Samsung Pay, and Apple Pay. We do not accept personal/traveler checks or American Express.

Online Booking

Your request will be based on stylist availability. Your request is not approved until you receive confirmation from Salon Elements.

Pets in the Salon

We love animals, they’re amazing and wonderful… even we have a few! The State Board of Cosmetology has specific rules and regulations stating that no animals are allowed in a salon at any time. Service dogs with official “Service Animal” vests are the ONLY exception to this rule.

Service Disclaimer

We always do a complete consultation and take every step necessary to ensure your safety and the best possible results.  While we are confident in our knowledge and experience, sometimes the unexpected can happen. It is impossible for us to ask questions regarding every possible circumstance that could result in an unwanted outcome. Therefore, please inform your stylist if you have well-water, have been swimming or exposed to chlorine, used any type of natural hair color, (especially henna), started a new medication or diet, or anything else that might possibly affect the outcome of your color.

Hair color and hair lighteners along with other chemicals that we may use on your hair can react with any other type of chemical or metal agent that may be present in your hair. If in doubt, mention it! While we adhere to strict guidelines with regard to color, lighteners, and chemicals, we cannot foresee every possible outcome. If you are not forthcoming about what may be on your hair it is possible you could experience anything from hair breakage, chemical burns and undesired color results.

We will do our very best to ensure you leave with beautiful, healthy hair each and every time you leave our salon! All stylists strive to ensure our clients happiness and satisfaction. Stylists have been added to the team based on their experience and higher education and knowledge. Please refer to our service and product policy for more information.

Service and Product Return Policy

We have a strict no refund policy on services completed at our salon. We offer complimentary fixes withing SEVEN DAYS of service completion pending management approval.

Unused/un-open retail products or tools may be refunded within SEVEN DAYS of purchase. We offer an exchange or salon credit for up to 14 days. Used products or tools may be exchanged or credited, pending management approval.
